GREAT [COPING WITH STRANGI] VIDEO!! My partner and I were meeting with a client today discussing his FLP and Strangi II when the mail arrived and with it was the Coping with Strangi video! You have been great every time we have needed your assistantance. Short of having you here, I can not think of anything you could do better. The support we get from your team is incredibly professional, competent and efficient. Replies to inquiries are generally immediate. Due to the complexity of the program, I would strongly recommend that anyone who purchases the program should get the premium support, at least for the first year. Like anything new, the program takes some time getting used to, and if you have a low frustration level (such as myself) its nice to know you can throw up your hands and call!"

I installed [WTP powered by HotDocs]. In fact, as a network administrator, I've never seen any application so easy to deploy. I just went through the Setup Wizard on my Windows PC, followed the prompts and saved the install to a shared folder on my Novell Netware Server, and then used the script for installing on the other workstations that showed up in the network share. Seamless. A job truly well done on the part of your company.

We have used WTP since 2001. WTP on HotDocs is teriffic. I'm often amazed by the ease and speed with which it allows me to draft lengthy and complicated wills and trust agreements. The finished memoranda, documents and executive summaries similarly impress our clients. The best thing about WTP is the authors' eagerness to share their expertise. Optional tutorials explain in plain language the tax and other implications of drafting decisions. E-mail updates alert users to important court decisions and IRS rulings and suggest strategies and language to deal with them. The authors quickly incorporate these strategies and language into regular software updates. One or both of the authors generally reply within an hour to inquiries posted on the WTP discussion board. Technical support is outstanding. WTP is a superior product well worth the price."

...I was most interested and pleasantly surprised to see Wealth Transfer Planning's product, and the documents that it produced.
First, I found the software quite easy to use. It's fairly flexible, and generally seems to create a good working draft. Because it is so easy to use, it allows me to focus primarily on the initial drafting of a client's estate plan, allowing our attorneys to focus their time on the more creative and complex aspects of the client's plan.
Second, I have been impressed with your Support. Anytime that I have had an issue or needed corrections made, the Support staff has been amazingly responsive and thorough. Everyone I have dealt with at Interactive Legal has been very knowledgeable, and clearly are experts in their subject matter.
Third, I like the document consistency that Wealth Transfer Planning provides. The documents, in general, I find are not too complicated, are fairly well organized and seem to be quite thorough without being ridiculously long..."
