InterActive Legal provides the highest level of customer care. Our representatives are available to assist you 9:00 to 5:30 Eastern time and by appointment by calling (321) 252-0094 (technical/installation support) or (321) 252-0091 (content support).
Support Policies
Customers who have purchased Essentials or Standard versions are offered technical support at no charge for the first thirty (30) days. Thereafter, fee-based support is available at $200 per hour (calculated in 15-minute increments), with a minimum $100 charge per support incident. Customers who purchase the Professional version receive unlimited support for 12 months. For information about support or upgrading licenses call us at (321) 252-0100.

Select the category of help you need from the drop-down menu displayed on the pop up form. All times are Eastern time. Technical and Installation (Hours 8:30am - 5:30pm) — provides assistance with all issues related to installation and configuration of the software on individual PCs or network servers. Content (Hours 8:30am - 5:30pm) — provides assistance with questions on creating clients, matters, and documents, selecting profiles, clarifying many of the available options in the document interviews, and creating reciprocal documents. Customer Service (Hours 8:30am - 5:30pm) — provides non-technical assistance on licensing, product codes, customer issues or concerns and suggestions or enhancements. Billing, Renewal and Web Logins (Hours 8:30am - 5:30pm) — provides non-technical assistance with billing questions, renewals and subscriber usernames and passwords. Customization (Hours 8:30am - 5:30pm) — provides assistance with customizing templates and profiles. Document Editing and Formatting (Hours 8:30am - 5:30pm) — provides assistance with formatting and editing documents in Word or WordPerfect. If a support representative does not pick up your request after several minutes, you will have the opportunity to leave a written message and someone will respond as soon as possible.
